I'm sure there's a ton of people out there with this same, exact issue. Have searched online for a solution without having found one. From time to time, ever since this cropped up, I've tried every type of troubleshooting method I can think of and nothing seems to work. I've tried to ignore it, but this is the last straw. The latest is Microsoft's SideWinder X4 Keyboard. Though this has been going on for a few months now, never had issues prior to it. I get the little icon in the taskbar that says it's searching for the right driver, but it's never successful.
